Nikhila Nagendra

Graduated with Bachelor of Architecture degree from UVCE, Bangalore, 2009. During which she interned and is continuing with SUI since March 2009.

Her thesis during B.Arch was Eco-friendly approach to high-rise buildings, which displayed her interest in environmental design and construction techniques.

As a student Nikhila was involved in surveying Belur heritage precinct, with a team of eight, for home stay and neighborhood pattern. She was also part of a documentation team to examine the existing conditions of the heritage villages for infrastructure and tourist facilities. Mean while she was also actively involved in the exploring the process of mud construction which dealt with inherent construction techniques.
