A globetrotter with eclectic interests in history, urban design, philosophy, photography and languages, he graduated from Rennes 2 University in France with diplomas in History and in Modern Literature. He then joined the Department of Urban Design and Geography and took part in an exchange program with the University of Delhi (2007-2008), and with the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi (2009). He took advantage of his time in India to learn Hindi, besides writing two theses, on urban space and identities in Delhi, and on its spaces of protest. After obtaining his Maitrise in History and MA in Urban Studies with distinctions, he joined the University of Columbia as Research Associate (Visiting Scholar) for Jyoti Hosagrahar, at the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. Meanwhile, he has kept up his connection with French Philosophy through a program at the University of Nanterre.

A newcomer to information technology, he is the webmaster of this site, which he coded following a design by Sandeep Venkataramu.
