Chandan Kumar Rajak

Graduated from Manipal institute of technology, Manipal as bachelor's in architecture, his thesis was recognized as a one of the best by the college in 2006 and recommended for RIBA President's Award. He had Received a Certificate for guiding the south Indian Architecture College lecturers for computer aided 3d modeling and animation workshop, sponsored by AICTE and ISTE at Manipal institute of technology, Manipal in 2004. He had worked with Dr. S. P. Mukhopadhyay, (Vice President -Tech, Bengal Ambuja housing Development Ltd.) on EWS housing during his professional training period. He started his career in 2006 at Ashok Design Build Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, associates of ISKCON Bangalore, as a junior architect for the ISKCON theme park project. With SUI since July 2007, he has been involved in various projects focusing on heritage conservation, historical and cultural studies and analysis of Srirangapatna, Halebedu and Belur. He has also been leading an innovative virtual reconstruction of the Daria Daulat Palace in Srirangapatna. He also freelances in residential and commercial projects.
